Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 October 2026

What we collect

Gym Tracker stores the account information needed to sign you in, such as your email address and, when you choose Google sign-in, basic profile information supplied by Google. We also store the workout plans, exercise targets, set logs, weights, repetitions, and completion history you add to the service.

How we use your information

Your data is used to authenticate your account, display your personal training plan, preserve workout history, calculate progress and recommendations, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Gym Tracker uses Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for application hosting. When you use Google sign-in, Google processes the authentication request under its own privacy terms.

Data control and retention

Your workout information is scoped to your account. You may update or remove exercises from the application. Account deletion or a complete data export is available by contacting the site owner through the support email shown on the Google sign-in screen.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards and trusted infrastructure providers to protect account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so use a unique password and protect access to your email account.

Health information

Gym Tracker provides organizational and general training suggestions based on your own entries. It does not provide medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The revision date above will be updated when material changes are published.
